 Giff-Care Pty Ltd is a privately owned investment company, primarily focused on real estate investments. Starting out as an investment syndicate in 2003, it was two years before the company was registered and Giff-Care Pty Ltd was born.
The company made its first move into real estate in 2006, with a promising estate in provincial Victoria. Trading mostly in speculative equity investments, this first real estate acquisition represented a fundamental shift in the company's investment strategy. Identifying an impending weakness in the Australian stock market, the company continued its real estate investments with another acquisition in 2007, this time with a property the rural country town of Stawell.
Currently, the company is investigating a third real estate investment with a highly cash-flow positive residential complex in Tasmania. Giff-Care Pty Ltd continues to focus on investments with strong growth potential, and positive net cash-flow to reduce the risk of requiring additional capital from shareholders.
